Enhanced security by verifying the meter serial number validity of each measurement coming from SmartReader.

For this to operate as intended it is mandatory to have the SRLR4302 at version >= 2.28.13. If that is not the case it is probable that no measurements at all will be received. When noticed, it could be the SRLR has problems updating, in which case it is recommended to move the SRLR closer to the SBLR until the update has completed.
