SRLR4302 Release Notes 2.28.13

Enhanced security by sending the meter serial number with each measurement to the SmartBridge, to allow the SmartBridge to check the validity against the provisioned meter serial number.

For this to operate as intended it is mandatory to have the SBLR4912 at version >= 2.28.17. If not, measurements will still be forwarded, but the intended enhanced security is not active.
