Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue in the GET /solar/production/daily endpoint to ensure the hourly breakdown is presented in the user's timezone. This resolves potential time-shifting issues for users outside the CET timezone.

• Ensured that the execution of DER services and the corresponding EnergyAI reports incorporate daylight saving time changes for a more accurate data representation.
