Feature's Scope

The dedicated Appliance Events Report for end-users with low-resolution smart meter data (15, 30, or 60-minute intervals) focuses on enabling event-level insights for energy-intensive appliances. Specifically, Electric Vehicle charging behavior is now reported and more appliances will be supported in future releases.

Key Benefits for NET2GRID EnergyAI Customers:

With this feature, utilities, DSOs, and energy retailers gain access to granular, event-level EV charging information for LR end-users, supporting:

  • More precise targeting of EV rate plans and Demand Response (DR) programs

  • Better understanding of intraday charging patterns for load forecasting and flexibility services

  • Foundational support for scaling smart charging incentives based on actual user behavior
