What's New

  • Users can now set up and manage multiple installations under their account. They can seamlessly switch between these installations at any time, enabling access to all NET2GRID services available through the CE-API.

Improvements

  • Sendgrid has been added as the second email service provider, alongside Mailgun, for use with NET2GRID EnergyAI services. This enhancement offers increased flexibility, allowing customers to select their preferred email service provider during platform creation.

  • Updates on the Support Portal focusing on improving the productivity of support agents:

    • Displaying the end user's full name in the page title of the Support Portal.

    • Using colons (:) in the "ΕUI" and "Factory EUI" fields for consistency.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved a bug in the "Smartbridge replace" command on Support Portal, which was preventing the generation of Analytics reports for certain users.

  • Fixed a bug in CE-API that prevented the successful operation of the GET /capacity-peaks/config and GET /energymonitors/electricity/config endpoints.
