Improvements
Support Portal has been refined to depict fully accurate end-user and installation information based on the standardized end-user onboarding states.
Support Portal has been enhanced with a device disassociation action for Admins, as well as for Agents with the relevant access rights.
Increased security of the connection between the SmartBridges and the platform by preventing DDoS attacks.
Modified the specification of the energy measurements CSV input files, by removing the _<timestamp> suffix from the filename. Existing integrations that use this suffix will continue to be supported. More details in the official NET2GRID INSIGHT Input Measurement File Interface Specification
Bug Fixes
Ensuring that the SmartBridge Replace command will operate smoothly even if the original device is still online and attempts to reconnect.
Fixed an EDSN-integration-specific bug where an installation of an account would not be feasible to be created via the Account Management API.
Fixed a bug that affected the retrieval of the inbox messages of an account.
