What's New

  • We’re excited to announce the release of weekly reports! Users can now receive a detailed breakdown of their energy consumption on a weekly basis, categorized by activity (e.g., cooking, laundry, lighting). This helps users track their habits, identify unusual energy usage early, and compare trends more frequently.

    For utilities, this update enhances user engagement by providing more opportunities to bring users back into the app with insights and notifications. Additionally, the app now offers a clearer overview with both weekly and monthly energy breakdowns.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the SmartBridge (SPLRXXXX/SBLRXXXX) and SmartReader (SRLRXXXX) hardware setups, where historical disaggregation data became unavailable after a disconnection between the devices.

  • Fixed an issue in the Support Portal where installations with SmartReaders (SRLRXXXX) displayed an incorrect meter serial number

  • Fixed an issue on Streamer, that caused the Device Management API to intermittently return 5xx errors.

  • Fixed an issue where the CE-API GET /opticalsmartbridge/status endpoint returned unhandled errors for installations with hardware setups unrelated to an Optical SmartBridge (SBLRXXXX).

  • Updated the response of the GET /power-thresholds/config endpoint to align with general API standards. Relevant guide here.
