Improvements

  • We have upgraded the architecture behind our Automated Profile Correction feature to significantly improve processing speed and system efficiency. This results in significantly faster processing times and allows the feature to scale reliably for utility partners with millions of customers.

  • We have improved the way our API reports the connection status between a SmartBridge and an Optical Meter, supporting both Direct and LoRa setups. This enables apps and the Support Portal to follow the correct setup instructions and reliably distinguish between first-time onboarding and connectivity issues after a previously working installation—resulting in clearer troubleshooting and a smoother onboarding experience, especially for LoRa-based setups.
