Improvements
We’ve enriched the household profile in EnergyAI Core to better reflect real-world household characteristics. The profile now distinguishes between space heating and cooling appliances, allowing for more accurate appliance disaggregation.

Note: This update applies only to Core customers and does not affect Active (B2B2C) services that collect profiles directly from end users via the CE-API.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug in the Support Portal, that would prevent Support Agents from viewing the end-user's address information on a specific tenant.
